Our Vision, Mission and Values
Our Vision is to make getting emotional support as easy as talking to your own great mum or trusted friend.
We are on a mission to provide one-off or multiple appointments with highly experienced, trained and qualified professionals in talking therapies working in a ‘light touch’ way. We aim to make it amazingly easy to get the emotional support you need by: –
- Meeting at suitable locations near you – away from therapy rooms or offices.
- Appointments that fit in with your diary.
- You choose the frequency – a one-off or series of appointments as and when you need them.
- Choose the length of the appointment – 1 hour or longer.
- All appointments charged at standard hourly rate with only 1 booking fee.
The ‘light touch’ way offers you the control: –
- To experience the benefits of talking through problems with someone who has worked to enhance the empathy and compassion at the core of their personality.
- To feel the freedom to explore whatever you bring without fear of judgement or criticism.
- To book the same ‘Mum’ or someone new in whatever town you are in across the UK.
- To choose to address the issues most pressing for you in the time you have booked.
- You make the personal investment to deal with issues while they are smaller and more manageable.

- That the therapists working with us will have undergone the rigorous journey of training and self-development to be able to deliver the ‘light touch’ talking therapy to clients.
- To facilitate a healthy relationship platform for clients to use to heal and create change in issues that are causing them problems in their lives.
- To use the core conditions of counselling, empathy, compassion and unconditional positive regard to create the healthy relationship platform.
- To treat information in a confidential manner with few exceptions that are clearly agreed before the meeting.
